Cooking up an English Classic- Beef Wellington

The weather has turned chilly outside and so the comfort food makes its return- what a better sunday night dinner on a cool and rainy night than the classic and fav of mine,Beef Wellington.

I like to use good ingredients to showcase this dish and let it shine.Each component makes up the sum of delicousness when combined together from the beef fillet,dijjon mustard,duxelle mushrooms,italian proscuitto to the really good puff pastry.Nothing is skimped upon and in a time poor age,the clock is cast aside as each step to this classic is done and done well.
