Summer Feast

It was a full house  with guests coming from as far away as South Carolina and Dallas.The idea behind this class was summer entertaining ideas to keep you out of the kitchen as much as possible and with your guests whilst still producing simple yet delicous and visually appealing dishes.Our guests today helped to make a refreshing lime spritzer,romesco dip,a baked salmon with a pomegranate tabboulhi and more.They learned about fresh herbs,knife skills,poaching techniques,making icecream without an icecream churner to name but a few.

It was a fun filled day with everyone enjoying a delicous meal at the end.There were lots of laughs and audience participation.
