A lovely day today-first private cooking class for some friends focusing on Summer Entertaining and how to prep ahead of time so that you are out with your guests and not in the kitchen the whole time!
Menu included a lime spritzer to get the palatte ready,romesco dip to nibble on with a fresh baguette,a Vietnamese inspired chicken noodle salad with loads of fresh herbs and flavour and to finish with a no churn icecream that is easy peasy!
The class was small and intimate and hands on.There was plenty of time to talk,joke around yet still learn some things and get the 3 course lunch made!
There was plenty of discussion as to adapting the recipes for children especially the icecream so I look forward to seeing some posts on adapation.
The friends ended the class by sitting together and enjoying the meal,it was a lovely way to spend the day!
